Sunday – leisure walk 2k, no real exercise
Monday – walk 5k
Tuesday – 5k, warm up 5 mins, 10 mins running, 1 walking, 10 minutes running, 2 minutes , 8 minutes running, total 37 minutes. Swimming 45 minutes
Wednesday – 7k walk
Thursday – 7k run/walk, warm up 5 mins, 10 minutes running, 1 min walking, 10 minutes running, 2 minutes walking, 10 minutes running, 3 minutes walking, 8 minutes running, 8 minutes walking cool down
Friday – a day of rest
Saturday – swimming lessons with the babies(fun but not exercise), tried to run but my shins quickly complained that it was 22 below! Brrrrr.
